Orders and Downloads

How do I receive my purchase?

All Planify Co. products are digital downloads. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link instantly. No waiting, no shipping!

How many times can I download my files?

You can download your files up to 5 times within 30 days of purchase. If you have any issues, please contact us and we will help straight away.

What file formats will I receive?

Our products are delivered as Google Sheets links, Canva template links, and/or PDF files. All file types are clearly listed on each product page.

Compatibility

What do I need to use these products?

Most products require a free Google account for Google Sheets templates or a free Canva account for Canva templates. PDF planners can be used on any device or printed at home.

Do these work on Mac and PC?

Yes! All our products are compatible with Mac, PC, tablets and smartphones.

Payments and Pricing

What currencies do you accept?

Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods at checkout. International customers are welcome and your bank will convert the currency automatically.

Is GST included in the price?

For Australian customers, GST is included in the displayed price. International customers may be subject to their local taxes.

Refunds and Returns

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the instant digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, we comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to work as intended, you are entitled to a remedy. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right.

What if my product does not work?

Please contact us with a description of the issue and we will resolve it promptly, whether that is a replacement file, a fix, or a refund where applicable under ACL.

Privacy and Security

Is my personal information safe?

Absolutely. Planify Co. complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for international customers. We never sell your data to third parties.
